Shipping & Returns


Delivery charges will vary within the region. This will be calculated for each order and Mount ITM will determine the most cost-efficient method of delivering the goods in a timely manner. If the item exceeds the size or weight that the courier can take, we will notify you to organize the best option to deliver your goods.

If you choose to collect your item from our store you must do so within fourteen working days from the date of purchase. You will be notified by email that your order is ready for collection. If you are unable to collect your order within this time without prior notice, Mount ITM reserves the right to cancel your order and a refund will be credited to the card used to make the purchase, less any administration/restocking fees payable.

If you feel your goods have not arrived in a good condition, please do contact our team, Mount ITM is not responsible for loss or damage of goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.


If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to contact Mount ITM either instore, via phone or email. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel your order as it may have already been processed.
If we are able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we will refund to your original payment method where possible


Goods are at our risk until delivered to you.


Mount ITM is happy to issue a refund or exchange on products within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind. *

Returns will be accepted at either Mount ITM or Mount ITM only, providing that you bring the product back with:

• A valid Invoice
• The product is unused
• It is in the original packaging and can be re-sealed
• All included accessories
• Is not a customized item
• Refunds can only be issued to the same card that made the purchase with a potential restocking/administration fee applied.

Freight will not be refunded if you change your mind only if the product is incorrect, any return freight will be at the customer’s expense.

*Conditions apply to trade deals and no refund will be given on procured items, all refunds are made at Mount ITM’s discretion.


If a problem occurs with a product purchased from Mount ITM bring it back to either Mount ITM or Mount ITM with your proof of purchase. We will either repair, replace or provide you with a refund, as set out in the consumer guarantees act.


Here at Mount ITM we strive to “See you right” and source the most suitable products for you to get the job done. Our warranties cover manufacturing defects it does not cover normal wear and tear as well as accident damage or mistreatment of the products.

Warranties for Makita, DeWalt, HI KOKI and Milwaukee may only be valid if the tool is registered with the New Zealand importer< if you are unsure, please consult their respective websites for their warranty information.

Mount ITM will repair or replace goods that fail to comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
